Quick answers

Can I see a sample first?

Yes. Standard sample packs are sent within 4 days, and we can make a personalised sample if you’d like to see your own details.

How long does it take?

Your digital proof usually arrives within 7 days of receiving your details. Once you approve it, making takes 1–4 weeks.

Can you change a design?

Often, yes. We can change fonts and background colours, tweak the flower colours on many designs and work with any wording you like.

How is it delivered?

UK delivery is £4.99 per order by Royal Mail First Class, or Tracked & Signed For on orders of £80 or more. We can post abroad too; extra delivery charges and import taxes may apply.

Will my invitations be assembled?

Your choice: we can assemble them for you, or send the pieces separately if you’d love to put them together yourself.
