How to Order

A simple, personal process from first sample to final delivery.

01.
Start with a sample
We always recommend ordering a sample pack first. You'll feel the textured card, see the colours in person and open the invitation just as your guests will. Standard samples are dispatched within 4 days.
02.
Choose your pieces
Pick your design and add the quantities you need to your basket — invitations, RSVPs, menus, place cards and anything else for the day. Every piece can be matched across your suite.
03.
Send your details
After ordering, send us your names, date, venue, ceremony time, wording and envelope colours, plus a guest list for anything with names. Have these ready and we can start straight away.
04.
Approve your proof
We'll design your stationery and email a digital mock-up, usually within 7 days. Need a change? Allow about one day per amendment. Nothing is printed until you're completely happy.
05.
Handmade & delivered
Once approved, every piece is printed, assembled by hand and carefully packed within 1–4 weeks, then sent by Royal Mail — usually arriving within 1–2 working days.
