1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Your contact details: names, email address, phone number if you give it, and delivery address
Your wedding details: date, venue, timings, wording and any other details for your stationery
Your guests’ details: guest names, table plans and addresses for envelopes, if you send them for your order
Order records: what you ordered, what you paid, delivery and any refunds
Messages you send us

We don’t see or store your card details. Payments are handled by the payment provider (or by Etsy for Etsy orders). If you send us your guests’ details, please only send what’s needed for your stationery.

3. Where it comes from

From you, through this website, email (Gmail), Etsy messages and orders, and Instagram messages.

4. Why we use it

To make and deliver your order: designing your stationery, sending proofs, posting it and answering your questions. We need this to carry out your order.
To keep accounts: the law requires us to keep business and tax records.
To share photos of finished stationery: as described in our Terms, and never if you’ve asked us not to.

We don’t send marketing emails, and we never sell your details.

5. Who we share it with

Only who we need to, to run the business:

Royal Mail, to deliver your order
Google, which provides our email (Gmail)
Etsy and Instagram (Meta), if you order or message us there
Our website host and database provider, which store website orders for us
Mollie, our payment provider when you use online checkout. Payment details are entered on Mollie’s secure payment page; we receive the payment status and reference, not your card details

Some of these companies store data outside the UK. When they do, they use the legal safeguards UK law requires.

6. How long we keep it

Your wedding and personalisation details, including guest lists: deleted 3 months after your wedding day
Order and payment records: kept for 6 years, as tax law requires
Enquiries that don’t become an order: deleted after 12 months

7. Cookies and your browser

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back; you can clear it at any time. Our website host may keep short-term technical logs to keep the site secure.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

send you a copy of the information we hold about you
correct anything that’s wrong
delete your information (unless we have to keep it, for example for tax records)
stop or limit how we use it

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
