Please make sure you have all of the following details ready to send over once you've purchased your items - the details I'll need for each piece is below!

This card can be personalised to show any details you'd like, however the standard information is usually hotel options, gifting information or dress codes! Please also include your email address, phone number or wedding website in order for people to RSVP whichever way you have chosen (a physical RSVP can be made on request).

All of our collections are designed by a small team with care and attention to detail, using quality materials and professional equipment. We always recommend purchasing a sample pack to feel the quality of the materials we use and experience receiving and opening your wedding invitation. You can then have chance to decide whether it's the right fit for your day before ordering a full set and sending them to your guests!
It takes anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks from placing your order for us to handmake the pieces and get them sent out to you. Our usual lead times for each type of product is below:
Sample packs: 4 days All other products: 1 to 4 weeks
These timelines are an approximate guideline and will vary depending on the quantity of items ordered and number of orders received. It will also depend on whether we have received the details required, as well as the digital mock up and envelope colour confirmations within that time! Once complete, all orders will be sent with Royal Mail on a tracked 48 hour service so items will usually reach you within 2 - 3 days from the date of posting.

Timings start once we have your details and you’ve approved your proof. UK delivery is £4.99 per order, by Royal Mail First Class, or Tracked & Signed For on orders of £80 or more, and usually arrives within 1–2 working days of posting.
